About Us

Warren Klutz and Company started in 1975 in Bristol, Tennessee with a primary emphasis in commercial and investment real estate brokerage.   Approximately six affiliate brokers were employed in the first three years and auctions services were added in 1978 through the development of Appalachian Auction Company with two other real estate brokers.   The appraisal segment of the business grew over time until it occupied full attention by 1982 when the direction and efforts of the company moved into providing real estate appraisals and litigation support.   The skills and education necessary to provide the highest and best service required focusing the full attention of Warren Klutz on the appraisal business and brokerage services were eventually ceased.
